GRÜNEWALD CONSULTING GOES DIGITAL WITH AVATARS

 

When recruiting and approaching candidates, you have to differentiate yourself as a personnel consultancy more than ever. Which is why not only employees work at Grünewald Consulting, but recently also avatars. With the digital embodiments, we are reacting to the increasing digitalization and the specific requirements of the target groups. 

With the introduction of avatars we are deliberately breaking new ground. In a market dominated by candidates more than ever, we are creating new ways to contact candidates in which they are addressed individually throughout a short video message.

Why Avatars?

The common recruiting methods such as mailings, job advertisements or analog image videos – all of this is lost in the mass of attempts on reaching candidates. The result: Potential candidates do not feel that they are being addressed selectively and individually enough. That’s according to our latest analysis and surveys. 

Customers as well as candidates want more individuality and creativity when looking for or placing employees. In order to improve the candidate and customer journey, Lothar Grünewald (Managing Director) and Cedric Schütz (Senior Consultant) had themselves cloned virtually.

These avatars serve as digital assistants in the daily business – whether for the initial contact or in the further communication process with Grünewald Consulting.

Goals

In order to serve the needs of customers and candidates even better, to design the approach more individually and innovatively, we at Grünewald Consulting will be working with the doubles in cyberspace in the future. We are going to track in which target group this approach is positively or negatively received. The solution lies in the combination of the different ways.
