Module A: Basic package: Ad-supported Search

The basic package of Lean Search takes expert care of the time-consuming administrative part of the job, freeing you up for the important tasks within the company.

Module B: Social Media/ Databased Search

Module C: Limited Direct Search

Out of 44.85 million employed people living in Germany, only 40% are represented on social networks. Through the direct approach in the company, Lean Search allows you to open up concealed potential. For this purpose, we agree on a defined target list and screen the respective companies in order to find any hidden candidates.

How do I get the maximum benefit?

Lean Search offers the choice between Modules A – C. The easier a position can be filled, the lower the cost.

The different modules generally can be divided into passive (A) and active (B + C) approaches. Depending on the position and urgency, it may therefore make sense to start Module A individually and to evaluate incoming applications.

However, to get the most out of Lean Search to successfully fill your position, we recommend combining the different modules effectively.

The Safety-Net

If the Lean Search modules did not lead to the desired placement, a conversion to an unlimited search assignment is possible and already paid fees will be fully credited.

This will ensure that the search assignment is brought to a successful conclusion.
