Lothar Grünewald and Cedric Schütz from Grünewald Consulting based in Solingen-Ohligs and Düsseldorf participated in this year’s worldwide consultants meeting in Paris as German partners of the Global Executive Search Network INAC.
32 consultants from 28 countries discussed the progressive digitization of recruitment (such as the use of artificial intelligence) as well as the challenges of global skills shortages and possible solutions. Part of the meeting took place on the conference floor of the Eiffel Tower.
