Lothar Grünewald, Managing Partner of Grünewald Consulting, initiates focus group within the global consultant network INAC. It is the first group of its kind at INAC worldwide.
The Focus Group was created to address the specific needs of the international chemical world, with the aim of gathering and analysing information on industry trends, market requirements and, above all, the candidate market (international executives and specialists in the chemical industry). With the Practise Group, current and future clients (initially on a European level) have access to experienced specialists in all aspects of executive search.
“Practice groups have been an integral part of industry-specific specialisation in personnel consultancies for many years. On an international level and across different (independent) executive search firms, specialisation in a specific industry is not yet a matter of course”, says Lothar Grünewald. Together with Italy, France, the Netherlands and the UK, Grünewald Consulting started this ambitious project. “Our clients benefit from the extensive experience we have already gained through our numerous search mandates within Europe. With the help of our international team of experts, we are able to identify international trends and market developments at an early stage, build up a knowledge database and thus bring real added value to our clients in the chemical industry.
